At M352 Studio, we sell digital products, including downloadable files, templates, spreadsheets, and Notion-based digital products. Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment or technical error.
- The purchased product cannot be accessed or downloaded because of a technical issue on our side, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
- You received a product that is materially different from the product description presented at the time of purchase.
- A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
Digital Product Access
Because digital products are delivered electronically, we cannot accept returns of downloaded files or duplicated digital access.
Where permitted by applicable law, a customer's right to cancel may end once delivery or access to digital content has begun after the required consent and acknowledgment have been provided. European Union
